Biography
Clarisa Rut Hardy Raskovan (born December 15, 1945, in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine-born psychologist, social anthropologist, writer, academic, and politician from Chile. A member of the Socialist Party, she served as Minister for Social Development and Planning during the first term of President Michelle Bachelet, from 2006 to 2008, and has since remained active in Chilean center-left politics as a think-tank leader and academic.
